Team management: Managed teams of up to 100 people. I enjoy working with a team but can also function as an individual contributor.

Current/recent employer: Multinational company with over 140,000 employees and circa USD 30 million turnover

Remits of particular interest: VP-level, covering strategic HR - organizational development (performance mgt, talent management, leadership development, L&D, culture & engagement, sustainability (DEI) and wellbeing, strategy talent acquisition

Unique expertise: True, no-nonsense culture transformation - the combination of all the 'soft' HR areas and close collaboration with the business - combining circa 15 years in sales/services & circa 15 years in HR. Significant experience in large, matrixed multinational organizations with a focus on tech/engineering

Commerciality: Within most recent employer, we started measuring Culture & Engagement - on the Denison model, we dramatically increased our results across all quadrants (Mission - Consistency - Involvement - Adaptability). I then changed the approach and we moved to a Pulse survey approach: Favorability increased over 6 months from 76,8% to 80,5%. This is correlated to a regional Wellbeing action plan, that grew in momentum and we are now reaping the (engagement) results. Through consistent activities, actions, conversations with the Management Board and our CEO, I managed to move the needle on a company culture heavily impregnated for discipline and compliance. We have implemented Continuous Feedback in 2020, doubling the benchmark measures expected. This year I have launched OKRs for all 15 Strategic Initiatives which helps break down silos and have started a pilot to eliminate ratings. Historically I have been recognised for my Sales Effectiveness Program (define sales success profiles - create an assessment vs the new competencies - train management to deliver the results to their direct reports - build tailored learning paths) which significantly improved the sales results.

Strengths: Capable of tailoring to the maturity level of the organization - using HR as a tool to drive business results (not HR for HR) - HR & business transformation toolkit (from strategy design to implementation) - team development - training as ORSC coach - experience in large, complex, matrixed environments - capable of working with all levels of an organization (blue collar to CEO)

Need to know: I bring relentless energy and passion for business improvement and continuous development!
