Remits of particular interest: CPO / CHRO roles, Board level HR & Legal responsibilities, SVP HR

Unique expertise: Broad general management with sales experience and expertise; track record for successful creation & introduction of talent management processes, HR Controlling & KPI`s, Works Councils & Union management, restructuring and cost management

Commerciality: Reduction of 450 FTE and closure of historical production site resulting in savings of €60 million. Increased growth results from ~ 2% p.a. to > 8% p.a. by introduction of performance management
