Unique expertise: Wide ranging sector and economic experiences that have aided real business change and evolution
Commerciality: Have enabled multi million year on year saving (approx £6m) from consolidation of learning environments and systems . Was able to recruit 600 new staff and opened 3 new offices in 6 months to aid a company to achieve rapid growth. Upskilled and re-skilled 1000+ engineers in MS Cloud/AWS for strategic shift. Re-skilled/up-skilled 1000 + salesforce to focus on value vs products and introduced new development roadmap. Built and delivered a new Data Academy which in turn built skills across all levels/roles for approx 100 people as part of new project strategy.
