  • US - worked for American-owned company in global Head of HR role during which time I successfully terminated employment for a US MD which minimal damage (that's an achievement in California!)

Hourly and/or daily rate expectations: from 1800 Euros daily and open for performance/results related bonus options.

Current home country: Switzerland with mobility to travel and work across Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America. Have a full Swiss Working permit and am entitled to work in all EU and EFTA countries.

Team management: I have managed up to 27 staff in different settings. My reports tell me I am an inspirational and energizing leader. I indeed achieve significant results through people, but can also work solo when needed.

Remits of particular interest: My preference is for interim Head of HR assignments with an international scope. I prefer complex challenges where I can co-create strategy with top management, and implement concrete solutions.

Unique expertise: I have solid experience in all areas of HR, with a predominance in Talent management, Performance optimization, Culture change and Digital transformation (including bespoke Change management). I master many different assessment tools for potential and performance and like to craft the "human puzzle" which is an essential piece of Management Boards and critical areas in companies.

Commerciality: In my last salaried role, I drove the simplification of UVP and offerings, professional branding and marketing, significant price increase and targeted investments, which in turn allowed us to treble the revenues in 18 months, involving 2 times more customers and significantly increasing the repeat rate.

Strengths: I swiftly "get" the culture and can link it to the strategy. I don't copy-paste, because I know how to customise solutions based on the concrete and unique situation of the client. I deliver and sell the solutions (also the difficult ones) to Boards and Staff alike.

Need to know: Authentic feedback to CEO from day 1. Trust is an added value and I both give and deserve it. Based on feedback it seems I have very good judgement and CEOs gladly delegate a lot to me during my interventions.
