  • Leadership development and coaching for both commercial and specialist business managers with a range of tenure and skills

  • Optimization of HR Shared Services (including payroll) to ensure more efficient HR operations

  • HR team training and development

This HR Leader needs to be a visible presence on site – relationship building is paramount and the business leaders want this person to be a key contributor to their management team. You need to be solutions orientated, with an ability to balance employee empathy and care, with the commercial needs of the business.

The potential for you to influence and get involved in additional projects is extensive, but you must be comfortable in an environment that expects proactive contribution. Ideally you’ll offer future global mobility, as a strong promotion pathway into other regions exists to develop this person’s career development and advancement.

Package includes base salary plus benefits and relocation support within Poland.  Advanced knowledge of Polish employment legislation is essential as are fluent English and Polish language skills.
