This international employer of choice, is planning further market growth, and requires expert support to lead on an array of projects. First and foremost will be the assessment of existing leaders and staff to determine the full scope of skill sets and knowledge, and potential for transferable skills to be levied into new markets. Secondly will be the assessment of existing leaders and staff to determine potential for redeployment to other markets and the likelihood of success given potential for cultural sensitivity and adaptability for integration.

This person will also be providing expert support to an array of stakeholders on organisational design elements that may require adjusted frameworks to enable scaling for growth, and specific change management interventions that may be required, inclusive of internal and external communications. Finally, this person will be providing thought leadership throughout every stage of each project, to ensure commercially successful outcomes are achieved.

This person will be a key member of a regional project team, who will ultimately be “handing over” some elements of project execution and framework maintenance to local HR executives so this hire will be effected strictly on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

We’re seeking an HR professional who has exceptional knowledge of the multi jurisdictional and multi cultural markets across the Asia and Pacific regions. Someone who has a track record of working through complex OD projects, with a focus on talent management and redeployment.

A track record of working at pace and delivering results “yesterday” will be ideal as will be a proven track record for advanced consulting and collaboration skills. A work history within complex matrix multinational companies will be useful. An overarching approach that seeks to enhance employee engagement and protects an “employer of choice” brand is essential.

This role is available to current residents (expats and nationals) of Singapore and this 12 month fixed term contract will be paid in Singapore dollars. Employment visa transfer assistance is available to persons currently in Singapore.
