Team management: Currently 9 direct reports with a total team size of 100 people globally. I have also worked with dotted line reports with the need for influencing without direct line manager authority. I enjoy working with a diverse, international team.

  • Steered negotiations with 5 work councils to define agile structures and processes, which reduced organisational overhead costs by 3.5%, whilst propelling profitable growth by 27.8%.

  • Mitigated the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the organisation, by implementing a remote work concept before the pandemic; which involved approval of authorities and unions.

  • Formulated an inclusive culture of learning and career growth, through the design and roll-out of a performance management cycle, which led to increasing female Operations Manager ratio from 0%, to 33%.

  • Influenced the Executive Team on committee efficiency, meaningful goal setting, unconscious bias training, celebrating success, encouraging open feedback, practical diagnostics for capability assessments, and individual development plan creation.

  • Shaped the company’s culture, with a focus on talent to increase customer value for impactful transformational projects, by mentoring a group of cultural ambassadors (hidden leaders, influencers).

  • Spearheaded the negotiations with National Unions and Europeans Works Council, rolling out a new structure connected to wage bands based on benchmarking (including a cultural shift from seniority concept, to career progression based on capabilities), which led to reducing turnover from 14%, to 5.9%.
