Remits of particular interest: I am seeking the top HR/People role, partnering with the CEO. This role would include the whole scope of the people/HR function including talent acquisition, business partnering and operations.

Unique expertise: My HR experience is especially deep in SaaS technology and in media. My specialties in HR transformation, org change and talent management, acquired through ten years of consulting and in house differentiate my career path. I have lived and worked globally throughout my career.

Commerciality: I saved my company US$4.8million in benefits costs, without reducing coverage. I saved $1.5m in immigration and $6m in vacation accruals. I also reduced our cost per hire 20%.

Strengths: I'm a business person first, and I propel businesses through their people, using data and the structured frameworks I learned as a consultant. I successfully pivoted from consulting to inhouse, from media to tech, and from North America to Europe, showing that I am a quick study and can thrive in a wide variety of environments.
