Remits of particular interest: CHRO for companies with $ 1-3 billion revenues, or senior leadership roles within companies of $ 3-5 billion revenues, or similar seniority HR or Transformation roles in larger multinational companies.

Unique expertise: Ability to drive high-performance cultures, transformation, and change management. Expertise for effecting integrations & divestitures, with in-depth HR functional knowledge,

Commerciality:

(1) As Head of HR, orchestrated new organizational vision setting & successfully led the shift to an effective company culture, in top 2% globally, consequently achieving the best yearly company-wide business results. This was a 3-year journey, having as a starting point a modest profitability and relatively low employee engagement. At the end of the journey, we have doubled the size of the business, had a profitability in line with the expectations, and achieved 170% of the yearly Business Unit targets.

(2) Developed and implemented innovative Change strategies for Europe Region, securing the success of some of the largest transformational projects in FMCG. Recognized as a best practice, the awarded Change Methodology evolved into a company-wide framework.
