Current/recent employer: * Current Employer => Entrepreneurial technology company of circa 1000 employees spanning 10 countries with revenues circa EUR 160million / * Largest Employer => fast-paced listed Tech sector company with circa 50,000 employees globally and revenues of EUR 9.5billion

Remits of particular interest: Generalist HR roles at senior leadership level within multinational coprorations, or CHRO/CPO roles in small-mid sized companies. Preference for an international role with fast-paced, commercial, business orientated contributions to be made

  • Broad experience across different types of organisations (B2B, B2C, B2N);

  • True international experience both business-wise and personal;

  • Several projects of transformation in the organisation/culture and/or the business;

  • Restructuring projects in order to combat crisis, protect margins and profitabilities;

  • M&A processes, Due Diligence, Integration (Legal, Process, Cultural);

  • Greenfield projects, new factories and premises set-up and also penetration of new markets with new commercial organisations;

  • Creation and implementation of the Human Capital system in international companies across different countries

Commerciality: Multiple examples, with a most recent focus on crisis management and cost savings achieved during the COVID19 pandemic. Our current organisation has employees in 10 countries all badly affected by the Pandemia COVID19, but with different infection curves, different legal frameworks and different governments and measures. I was personally responsible to manage the crisis team to maximise legal tools with a double aim: 1) care and retain our talent; 2) obtain as many savings as possible from the legal mechanism, resulting in almost 2.5 million EUR of savings which has made the EBITDA of the company above the market and competitors.

Strengths: 1) International markets expertise, 2) Broad experience of dealing with all functions and at all levels of the organisation, 3) Hands-on, doer, detail-focus; 4) Strategy mindset, capable of grasping the full picture, business needs and defining a road map and action plan to add value; 4) Business orientation, P&L savvy, experience as a GM of a BU with P&L responsibility; 5) People Leader, both team level and individually, accustomed to lead remote teams; 6) Sound experience in change and transformation projects; 7) Expertise for M&A projects and new markets penetration (greenfields)

Need to know: I am personally a very humble, honest and transparent person, with an extreme orientation to quality and continuous improvement at work and in life. Very keen to be close to the business, and am open to lead projects outside the HR/Human Capital arena. I bring a tremendous level of engagement (often feeling that the company is my own) and I enjoy tackling challenges, difficulties and resolving problems. I am definitely searching for stretch projects since I do not enjoy the comfort zone and am seeking personal and professional development and learning at all times. I am a loyal and ethical professional and person (trying to be a good role model to the work team and to my kids).
