Salary expectations: circa 80,000 EUR salary plus package

Current home country: Czech Republic with ability to relocate within the country, or the EU, or the UK, with full UK work rights

Mobility: Can travel for work across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Pacific, North America, South America, Africa

Team management: I prefer to work as a team manager, largest HR team managed of 30 FTEs

Current/recent employer: Chemicals industry company of 60,000+ employees globally, and net annual sales over USD 15 billion USD / previously working within another chemicals industry company within a divison of 4,000 employees globally and net annual sales of circa 1 billion EUR

Remits of particular interest: Director, Senior Director, VP of HR with regional or global remits.

Unique expertise: Depth of multicultural experience, Generalist HR expertise, hands-on experience from having worked as an HR Consultant and site HR Manager. Latest regional HR leadership roles have had me enabling business success as a senior HR Business Partner at EMEA level with a special focus on Sales and R&D talent.

Commerciality: Increased productivity of Technical Sales organisation in EMEA through resource mapping and organisational effectiveness analysis followed by restructuring plan and talent development plans and programs. Delivered complex talent plans and engagement programs for R&D organization in EMEA. Upgraded, redesigned and harmonised employee benefits program across multiple business units and locations.
