Designed and implemented a customer service and operations incentive plan that contributed US$11.3M in annualized savings and a 4 point increase in Net Promoter Scores. Developed market-based pay recommendations and employee communication that so significantly altered employee financial well-being, many were able to quit second jobs and invest in their own and families' futures, while improving employment retention rates.
