  • Outsourced and offshored high-volume transactional work and consolidated vendors and systems in North America

  • Introduced programs to drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk assessment. Implemented the cloud-based Workday HRIS globally

  • Built business case and gained executive support for the $15 million project that delivered a 2-year ROI and, in conjunction with HRSS operating model implementation, drove 15% operational efficiency in global HR spend
