Remits of particular interest: Senior Director or VP level role with a focus on Global HR Transformation, Global HR Operations and Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Unique expertise: I have a wide scope of experience in all HR Operations functional towers including Global Payroll. Additionally I have a solid experience in Acquisition, Mergers and Divestitures from due diligence through to integration phase, and supporting T.S.A agreements. Have direct experience with new system role outs inclusive of Workday, Service Now and Sales Force.

Commerciality: Multiple examples inclusive of exceeding a synergy target post an acquisition resulting in a $6.4 million cost saving. In another instance, I managed a global payroll vendor consolidation with cost reductions of over US$ 300,000 per annum
