Current/recent employer: circa US$10 billion Pharma company with 20,000 employees, of which my current role scope spans circa 15,000 employees.

Remits of particular interest: Interested in CHRO roles for equivalent US$ 1-3 Billion companies, or significant global HR leadership roles in Supply Chain or Commercial functions for larger organizations. Open to industry type.

Unique expertise: C - Suite experience in both Public and Private sectors. Director of small business with full P&L accountability for 4 years. Manufacturing Site Leader for one year.

Commerciality: Significant restructuring experience within HR across several companies delivering bottom line savings though re-engineering the HR offering. Most recent restructuring delivered 40% reduction in HR Headcount and a 60% reduction in overall HR costs.
