Team management: Led regional and global teams of up to 23, with 6 direct reports and management of an RPO.

Remits of particular interest: Senior leadership roles - ideally within a multi-regional or global remit with strong links to/accountability for Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning. I enjoy being a member of a global HR/Talent Leadership team.

Unique expertise: Global TA Leader with experience designing, launching and leading Talent Management Programmes. Also worked as an HRBP within my career. Have a strength for designing TA operating models and org structures (in-house, hybrid, RPO and MSP). Have successfully built a Talent Scouting service, which covered internal and external talent; and led the launch of a new global Employer Brand campaign.

Commerciality: Introduction of Talent Scouting model in EMEA resulted in over 50 senior hires and avoided costs of over USD 4m over the course of 5 years.

  • I have a very rounded HR profile - particularly in relation to Talent Management, Workforce Planning and DEI.

  • I invest time in understanding the business to ensure that myself and my team can deliver accordingly.

  • I have voluntarily attended business reviews, product planning meetings, reviewed code with software engineers, arranged for the business leaders to present to my teams etc. to ensure that our solutions are strongly aligned with business needs.

  • I am highly outcomes focused, and am strong in operational management (including the use of data) which has enabled my team and I to consistently deliver.

  • As a minority living outside of my home country and region, and having worked in a range of industries, cultural environments and situations, I have a proven ability to adapt and also to support others in the process.
