Remits of particular interest: Learning & Development and/or Talent Management - either on a regional or global basis

Unique expertise: Have built and grown L&D departments in globally recognized hyper growth startups as well as in established multinationals. Well versed in working for both European and American organizations and experienced in aligning different cultures towards a common goal.

Commerciality: Implementation of a leadership development program that increased regional, internal hiring of people leader roles by 8%. As a result of new onboarding programs, decreased time to full productivity from 6 to 5 months.

Strengths: Strong multinational experience having worked in a number of European countries. Experience in building L&D teams from the ground up and taking over and enhancing existing L&D teams.

Need to know: My ability to harness support from subject matter experts across the business, and work through business and cultural challenges in order to do thorough root cause analyses to overcome talent management challenges and identify new opportunities.
