Current home country: USA with permanent US residency, plus Canadian and South African citizenship

Team management: Direct reports up to 10. Total global HR team 45+

Current/recent employer: Technology company with a workforce of circa 22,500 and annual revenues of US$12B; directly supported client group with revenues of $600M and 4,000 employees across 21 countries. Previously a Fin-Tech global Fortune 500 with 20,000+ staff and circa US6B annual revenue

Remits of particular interest: Chief People Officer, VP/SVP People

Unique expertise: Global perspective and expertise, with first-hand work experience in multiple countries, including Canada and the US. Experienced in organizational design and development in a global context, recruitment and retention strategy design and execution, performance management, executive leadership development and coaching, and global culture change and transformation.

Commerciality: Transformed global business by developing and executing comprehensive organization structure change; structural org change was aimed at simplifying internal processes and global functions in order to double sales over a 3-year period.
