Team management: Scenario 1: 7 in Group HQ plus 4 in regions supporting the corporate HQ and 16,000 FTE in 24 operating companies. Scenario 2: 8 in HQ plus a country wide HR community of 1900 people in 33 entities supporting 100,000 FTE. Scenario 3: 1 in HQ, 4 in the field supporting 4 operating companies and 9 pilot operations with 2,300 FTE

Current/recent employers: Global mobile operator- over $40bn revenue, and 90,000 plus FTE; Telco services provider, $9bn revenue, 100,000 FTE. Telco services provider, $14bn revenue, 50,000 plus FTE. Mobile operator $4bn revenue, 16,000 FTE. Mobile operator - $400m revenue, 7,000 FTE.

Remits of particular interest: Interim Contract support as CHRO, Chief People Officer, VPHR, VP Organisational Development, HR Director, Head of HR Transformation, Consultant, Shadow Manager, Senior Advisor

Unique expertise: Deep telco sector HR expertise, emerging markets experience, exposure to diverse operating models serving 30+ countries, first hand experience supporting eleven multi-million dollar acquisitions and two multi-billion dollar exits at corporate level.

Commerciality: Full corporate and HR life cycle experience in global settings; 'hire to retire' and 'startup to disposal' including growth, acquisition, consolidation, transformation and exit scenarios. Supported two very successful exits; $10,7bn in 2010 and $3,4bn in 2005 which were the telco deals of the year. Supported the development of renowned international telcos, translating business strategy into actionable people plans with best fit organisation structure, HR service and governance models. Designed and championed HR transformation projects that supported corporate strategy and transformation programs. Rolled out hi-po management, leadership and engagement interventions, employee and workplace experience improvement initiatives in line with strategy, culture and values. Represented the people function in ExCom, committees and various boards with a mission to balancing people and corporate needs.
