Unique expertise: My HR Experience is varied as I have been engaged in many M&A projects that brought me breadth in ER, HR Policies, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HR Operations on a global scale. The global nature of my roles have allowed me to learn the differences in cultures around the world and how to manage a large change in support of these different cultures. My ER exposure and leadership is unique. Plus, my understanding of how 'people are impacted' by sale and purchase agreements for large global deals is unique.

Commerciality: Partnered with local HR and business leaders to lead the journey to exit two environmentally complex and strategically challenged markets in Latin America, impacting 30+ colleagues in the region, including Union impacts.
