Mobility Considerations: US citizen and passport holder who lived and worked in Germany/Europe for 8+ years, and holds a permanent EU work permit

Team management: Direct reports up to 10. Total global team 100+

Current/recent employers: Energy sector company with a workforce of circa 2,500 and annual revenues of US$800M; Fortune 200 conglomerate with 65,000+ staff and circa US20B revenues; multinational engineering company with over 100,000 employees and revenues of US$20B+

Remits of particular interest: VP/SVP Human Resources; VP/SVP Talent (Acquisition and/or Management)

Unique expertise: Has broad and deep expertise across multiple human resource specialities including cultural transformation, organizational design for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, talent acquisition, talent management & succession planning, employee development & engagement, executive compensation, compensation & benefits, change management, strategic workforce planning, ethics & compliance, diversity & inclusion, data/metric analysis, HR systems and managing multi-million dollar annual budget.

Commerciality: Able to share multiple examples, inclusive of time in a specialist Head of Global Talent Acquisition role when leading the global transformation that resulted in best-practice synergies across business platforms that allowed a vast increase in performance metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) while avoiding approximately US$100M in cost over four years.
