Advocacy of cultures for diversity, inclusion, and equity. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

  • To achieve the business case of $1.3b transformation program and generate $300m in savings, designed large-scale change strategy, including operating model and governance that mobilized leaders, decentralized change agents and external partners to sustainably perform new ways of working
