Team management: Have led teams of up to 30 employees, including HR specialists (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Country HR, Training, Internal Communications

Current/recent employer: Healthcare sector company of US$35B+ revenues and circa 80,000 employees; member of divisional leadership team of businesses with US$1.2B revenues and 2000+ employees globally.

Remits of particular interest: Senior HR role with notable organizational development, change management, and Talent interventions required to support a business impacted by and shaping technological / scientific advancements.

Unique expertise: Leverage an eclectic and diverse blend of experience and education including Change Management certification from Prosci (ADKAR), MBA with Finance specialisation, and HR partnering and project roles across multiple industries (e.g. Bioscience, Chemicals, Distribution), business sizes and lifecycle stages, having worked from both Europe and North American bases.

Commerciality: Key role within multi-year, multi-phase business transformation, involving complex OD/HR interventions including leadership team development, total organizational redesign, robust change management, Work Council negotiations, talent acquisition and development.

Strengths: Intelligent, curious, listener and coach, able to see influence and connectivity across the system, and translate that into tangible action plans to achieve goals.

Need to know: Able to leverage holistic understanding of business strategy, working backwards to current state to develop roadmap of interventions needed to develop the organizational culture, structure, capabilities and operations to achieve the business' ambitions.
