Service level attainment improved to 99+% from 95%. CSat increased by 5%, and NPS increased to +40 in the same period. Staff attrition reduced from the high twenties to mid-teens. These results were achieved by deploying a clear vision, objectives and a new operating model; defining clear roles and responsibilities, skills and competency profiles; inviting the right people to the right roles; a focus on employee-experience, training, coaching and performance management; a focus on data, process simplification and standardisation; and the application of new technologies, including robotics process automation, machine learning and SAP’s payroll control centre.

Strengths: I consider myself particularly skilled in defining / translating business objectives into a clear vision and plan, gaining the support and buy-in from (in)direct reports and other key stakeholders, and deliver the measurable outcomes a business requires.

Need to know: I take great pleasure in the fact that most of the businesses / functions / teams I have (helped) build over the past twenty years, continue to thrive today - I deliver sustainable outcomes. I like taking accountability for challenges, that many other people would shy away from. I am a truly global operator. My experience is rooted not only in HR, but also in Finance, Consulting and Outsourcing.
