Team management: 10-25 direct team management; 60 - 370 indirect HR teams. I can operate both as a manager of teams and a sole contributor, although my preference is for team management - especially where I can make a real impact in developing the HR talents and support the elevating HR as a function

Remits of particular interest: My true passion is for building high-performing teams and growing talent across all levels of the organization, that in turn delivers customer and shareholder outcomes as well as driving employee engagement and creating inclusive and diverse working environments. So any role with such an impact will be of interest. The size and the type of the company does not really matter. Am open to the number 1 HR role in a smaller scale company or the number 2 HR role in a larger scale company.

Unique expertise: Diverse global and local HR experience with a track record for enabling the business through multiple business cycles in multiple industries - organic & inorganic growth, driving ongoing workforce productivity, leading business transformation during downturns (eg: Financial Crisis & Covid), business transformation to improve margin performance, effecting spin off readiness, etc

Commerciality: Led HR strategy evolution and execution over 6 years to enable the Life Sciences business growth from US$3B revenue to US$6B revenue, and operating profit from circa US$700MM to US$1,4B; and this created value which was acknowledged externally through the business sale for a cash purchase price that was a multiple of 17 times 2019 EBITDA.
