This career role is within one of our favourite “mission-driven” companies within the bio-tech sector - they’ve invested heavily in product development which has resulted in impressive market success and company growth; now enabling them to invest further in new product lines.

We’re seeking a talent acquisition professionals who will partner with key R&D and Global Clinical Development leaders, to enable the attraction and engagement of niche skilled scientific workforces. This organisation is in high growth mode and the need for full cycle recruiters to manage their own focused rec load, as well as developing graduate entry programs, and building on the employer brand whilst ensuring diversity of talent pools.  Key internal stakeholders will be Business Executives and their leadership teams, along with HR leaders within the USA and across the world.  

There are high levels of executive appetite to take the TA function beyond being simply an effective recruitment service and we’ve seen significant investment in TA tools, resource and infrastructure in recent months.  Currently, the team have reasonably good process and frameworks for day to day service delivery.  However, with an increasing scarcity of niche skilled, globally scarce, R&D and Global Clinical Development specialist candidates, we need a holistically-minded TA professionals who can innovate on more pro-active, creative, and resourceful solutions for finding, engaging and securing talent. 

Thought leadership will be welcomed to improve upon the utilization of tech, social media, AI, networks, referrals, sustainable pipelines, and "candidate experience".  The executive stakeholders are all keen to utilize quality data to determine trends, risks, delivery performance, hiring quality and more; so this person will need to be comfortable with analytics.

  • Advanced English will be essential for both written and verbal presentations to Executive level leaders; and attention to detail, will need to be exceptional.

  • Given the PhD community within this key workforce, a reputable university degree plus other tertiary education qualifications will be well regarded.

  • A TA professional who has historically worked within a recruitment agency or RPO setting, in addition to data driven in-house environments would be very comfortable in this kind of company culture - the executive stakeholders are all keen for factual analysis to determine trends, risks, delivery performance, hiring quality and more, so your numeracy and analytics skills will need to be exceptional.

  • Whilst international markets experience is not mandatory, it will be useful.

  • Direct TA experience within R&D in a science driven organisation will be valuable to help gain traction and credibility with key stakeholders quickly.

This is an hybrid home /  office-based role with flex, we can offer above-market relocation support into the New York City area, complete with exceptional annual bonus potential and package.
