Commerciality:  Employer company was at risk of losing a significant contract.  He intervened and helped that key client to turn around their failing HR strategy for a US$20 billion+ project; using six sigma concepts, upgrading staff, and outsourcing. The result strengthened the relationship with the key client, meant the contract was retained, and the key client actually went on to award  further project work of significant value to his employer company.
