Unique expertise: Integration/creation of ESR and talent programs, design and leadership of global succession management, deep expertise in strengths based selection and development, global project management experience across talent processes and technology implementation, lead for DEI and OD design and delivery for project across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. 

Commerciality: Designed and sponsored new internal talent brokerage to specifically promote cross functional moves for internal talent and increase retention. Developed the retention valuation model to underwrite the trial which tracked 78 uniquely generated placements valued at US$11.7 million.
