Unique expertise: Organisational design of the HR team/performance closely linked to marked requirements, Performance efficiency (current HR Transformation project has increased the "internal satisfaction score" from 2,8 (2016) to 4,3 (2020) and during the same 4 years reduced the overall HR/People budget by 23%)

Commerciality: See above. Content-wise this HR Transformation was effected with 3 functional focus areas, a, to bring the HR Business Partnering support closer to the business and marked requirements (increase value-add), b, to optimize our functional HR centers (build expertise) and c, to establish shared service centers for all HR admin activities (increasing efficiency); within nomination to "HR team of the year 2020" by the Human Growth Award.

Strengths: Solid experience from being a member of Group Management Team (4 large international companies over the past 20 years) with shared responsibility for all company activities, which have helped me to understand the broader picture (and priorities) of the full company scope and challenges; and from that gain the insight and acceptance to be able to align the HR contribution with the overall company strategy and market challenges.

Need to know: Integrity - I'm often told that colleagues (at executive and blue-collar levels) easily find trust in me as a person, due to my visiblity, honesty, and transparent communication. I am told that my leadership skills are valued as inclusive and supportive.
