Global Talent Acquisition Leader for multi million revenues company doubling in size year on year!
It’s almost a story book tale. An “ordinary chap” has a poor experience. Realises its due to a hole in an established market. Addresses the gap, and within 2 years, creates a sensationally successful business. The company continues on to expand into neighbouring countries and generates multiple millions in revenues. Then the team realise the gap exists in other regions, and get set for a supercharged expansion around the world.
With a proven formula for profitable growth, and extensive funding in hand after just 6 years of operations, the only thing standing in the way of achieving the company’s ongoing expansion plans at pace, is finding and securing high calibre international talent. They’ve already grown from 1 to 6000 staff. In 2019 alone, they’re needing several thousand vacancies to be affected - inclusive of graduate entry through to experienced and executive hires.
Thus the creation of this new role, which will partner directly with the C-suite, in formulating strategy, frameworks, process, and then managing execution of a broad ranging talent acquisition agenda.
We need our new Global TA executive to lead on:
creative sourcing and effective screening tools
development of EVP along with social media and branding campaigns
utilisation of technology and AI as appropriate
training and consulting for hiring leaders to maximise hiring & branding opportunities, and to enable effective workforce planning
refinement and consistency of hiring processes
introduction of useful metrics and tools to capture market intelligence
network creation and referral maximisation
investment and development of a large TA team scattered globally
provision of research & data for talent risk management within new countries, and so much more.
With a “forward thinking” CHRO at the helm, this high profile role will be instrumental in driving TA services with pace and quality in order to achieve ongoing growth plans.
Given the “next step” growth markets, we have flex to base this role within London (UK) or Dallas (USA). The role may also relocate in the mid term to a work base within Asia. Extensive travel should be expected, particularly in the first year as the TA function needs considerable work to be developed and matured.
We need an executive who can work independently to drive through strategic interventions, who has the gravitas to manage difficult stakeholders and who will take a "future thinking" view to hiring and talent management. Executive level communication skills will be key for both written and verbal presentations. Advanced analytics and numeracy, tech and trend savvy, and attention to detail, will of course be essential.
Our ideal professional will have achieved:
University degree plus other tertiary education qualifications / professional development
Direct experience with Asian markets as well as hiring from other international markets
Successful leadership of large teams to effect 4000+ hires annually
Historic success within a contingency and/or search and/or RPO firm in addition to an in-house TA career

An executive package will be offered for this role, with a base salary starting from US$250,000 equivalent and a hefty stock award which has the potential to be a “life changing” factor. This company is open to hiring either US or EU citizens or professionals with current work visas for the US or EU countries.
