This role is critical to enable current business expansion plans.  This company needs your hiring expertise, organisational skills and creativity to deliver on recruiting strategies to engage, attract and secure new talent, often with niche skills in a globally competitive market.

You’ll immediately inherit a swathe of open vacancies to be addressed, and your advisory expertise will be welcomed for short and long term workforce planning, employer branding, providing opportunities for diverse candidate pools, and ensuring that regulatory compliance and fair selection processes are adhered to.

With quite a degree of autonomy and flexibility, you’ll be the “go to” expert to help corporate and site management to figure out who they need, where to find them, and how to hire them, all in short timeframes, and with limited maturity for TA frameworks and technology! In short, the perfect kind of role for the TA professional who loves the entire recruitment lifecycle and who loves getting stuck in!

Key internal stakeholders will be production site and supply chain management teams, a broader Talent Acquisition and HR team, and all will welcome your expertise and innovation as a subject matter expert for delivery of TA results. Importantly, will be the ability to influence through facts, data, and ROI - in this environment the answer isn’t to open a cheque book to solve every problem.

Initially, this will be a circa 6 month fixed term contract role within which you’ll receive pro rata benefits and a competitive salary. There is a high likelihood of conversion to permanent employment depending on your results.

Given the location of key company executives, this role can be based from multiple hub sites along the length of the East Coast. Flex and remote work options will also be on offer depending on experience level.
