You should be providing expert advice on creating consistency in utilising all elements of reward as a tool to improve on the cross-pollination of ideas, economies of scale, driving performance, utilisation and transfer of talent.

This global company, within the consumer goods sector, is known as being a reputable and caring employer, and maintained high employee engagement through the Covid crisis. They are well resourced, profitable, and continuing to grow both through the opening of new markets and by acquisition. Ongoing executive appetite to continue being an “employer of choice” now has the company’s Compensation and Benefits function embarking on a period of innovation and modernisation. As a result, you will have unusual opportunities for direct input and involvement across an array of strategic global projects, many of which will be outside of the scope of “traditional” approaches to reward.
