Highly experienced in managing large scale, global projects with upwards of 12 team members at varying levels including Sr. Director. Strong preference and strength working in a people leadership / management role.

Current/recent employer: Most recently worked with a large public company with revenues around $4B and an employee base of 4,500. Have worked in both public and private organizations from 75 employees and $50M in revenues to 50,000+ employees and $7B+ in revenue.

Remits of particular interest: Of greatest interest would be a C-suite level role (CPO, CHRO, SVP/VP of Human Resources) with broad remit for the HR function. Either senior most HR role in a small to mid-size organization or second in command at a larger organization.

Unique expertise: Highly diversified global HR leader with experience in both small and large, public and private organizations. Unique ability to operate at both the strategic level linking business objectives to people-related needs, as well as very strong at operationalizing, execution and delivering results.

Commerciality: Leveraging workforce planning, talent acquisition and training strategy in bid defense as a differentiator; experience successfully supporting organizations in hyper-growth mode while maintaining focus on engagement and retention; driving real cost of work down ~5% through developing a strategy and coaching leaders in focusing on shifting work to lower cost countries; significantly improved retention rates from <85% to >90% in just over 12 months.
