Senior HR Leader with HRBP and Compensation experience

Salary expectations: USD275,000 base plus bonus and stock

Workforce types directly supported: Salaried, hourly and contract/temp workers across all functional areas and several industries including Banking, Biotech, Consumer Packaged Good, Insurance, Pharma, Renewables, Retail and Tech.

Team management: Led global teams of HRBPs, HR Operations and Employee Relations with teams from 2 - 15. I would like to continue leading a team. Servant leadership, coaching and developing others are a key strength.

Current/recent employer: USD400 billion revenue and 800,000 employees / USD 1 billion revenue and 2,000 employees.

Remits of particular interest: CHRO for a small to medium size company or Head of HRBP role for medium to large size company. Ideally in Healthcare or Tech, although, I would consider other industries.

Unique expertise: Executive HRBP experience across a number of diverse industries with leading companies. Also spent 2 years based in London.

Commerciality: Developed talent mechanisms (job family/career ladders), programs (high volume hiring) and processes (talent reviews) to scale an organization from 1,000 to 4,800+ employees in 2 years.
