Salary expectations: Around CHF 200,000 base salary plus package

Workforce types directly supported: Direct and extensive experience with the managerial populations (Manager to VP) in retail plus oil & gas industries. Have also worked in aviation and luxury watch making sectors. Indirect and extensive experience with large shop floor populations, through my own functional reports.

Current home country: Geneva, Switzerland with EU citizenship

Mobility: Home country only with ability to travel to Asia, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Pacific, North America, South America, Africa

Team management: Maximum 10 people globally (direct & indirect), minimum 3 (direct reports). Having a team is a plus, not a must.

Current/recent employer: over USD 15 billion revenues, circa 45,000 employees

Remits of particular interest: HR Director / Business Partner type of role with an international scope, preferably in the retail industry.

Unique expertise: I can lead reorganisation of international business units, inclusive of managing major M&A events. I can handle the full spectrum of HR as can span both HR Business Partnering and also Talent Management.

Commerciality: Co-designed a new organization hand in hand with the senior business leader, increasing revenues from US$ 500M to 750M. Put together a digital team to address e-commerce, retail-tainment, and in-store perfection; which increased our product's visibility and global sales by over 30%. Led the HR strategy for the launch of a new category of products which increased the brand regional sales by 50%.

Strengths: Ability to adapt myself to new settings: I have lived on 4 continents, traveled nearly 60 countries, and worked in several industries. I have an advanced ability to cope with stressful stituations (inclusive of having led teams of volunteers to be evacuated under several armed conflicts in west Africa!) I gain trust from managers and peers because I do what it takes to understand their needs, to act fast, and to be bold.
