Current home country: France and will travel as makes sense up to 5 days per week to be on the ground in the business. UK and French nationality.

Team management: Leadership of international teams of 10-40+. Open to working as a manager or as a team member in an extended team.

Current/recent employer: 2 billion euros revenue; workforce of 14,000 across over 50 countries; with compensation & benefits investment around 30% of revenue

Remits of particular interest: #1: Leading and transforming rewards plans from a global or regional HQ; #2 HR solutions for M&A/outsourcing; #3: HR leader for the European business of a non-European multinational

Unique expertise: Experiences as an employee, not assignee, in the UK, the US and France, in diverse international roles, with multiple employers. Deep technical expertise in rewards having started as a consulting actuary, then broadening across all rewards dimensions and into other HR roles, adding business awareness.

Commerciality: Delivered HR solutions for 800 employees across 6 countries for a 3 billion euro outsourcing bank deal.

Strengths: International expertise and experiences. Proven leadership of global teams, hands-on or delegating as makes sense. Comfortable at Board level or in excel files.
