Unique expertise: Have successfully led on the design and implementation of 2 Global Payroll outsourcing projects, 2 Global HRIS implementations, 2 Shared Service Centres (setup from scratch), RPA introduction to support shared services

Commerciality: 30% decrease in payroll running services, full manager self-service with targeted OCM activities based on data mining

Strengths: Rolling out global processes to blue-collar production employees supported by technology to get easier buy-in.

Need to know: I have worked in Finance, IT, HR and Marketing. My greatest asset is that I can think across departments, speak the same language with them, get buy-in and design end-to-end solutions not just for my department but for the company.
