Team management: Preference to work as a manager of a team but open to sole contributor roles (depending on role); experience in leading teams of up to 90+ employees distributed across multiple countries

Current/recent employer: Tech sector company with circa 1.3 million employees

Remits of particular interest: Senior HR Director or Vice President HR role with regional or multiregional responsibility as business partner to C-suite business executives in a large multinational company; HR function leader in a small/medium fast growing multinational company

Commerciality: 45+ million Euro savings delivered by driving a cross-functional business transformation initiative. The savings were re-invested in the business to implement a new route to market approach and increase the top line. I identified the saving opportunities, which included supply chain and support functions optimization, a business line spin-off and the divestment of another business line; gained the commitment of the country senior leadership team and led on the execution of the plan. I also implemented a change plan that included the involvement of a guiding coalition of 60 people to build the culture required to support the change. The plan was executed on time and all goals achieved.
