Team management: I prefer to work as a sole contributor but have had line management experience from earlier in my career.

Current/recent employer: Household brand company with nearly 20,00 employees globally and net revenues of over US$35 billion.

Remits of particular interest: HR/Employee Relations (ER) roles on country or global change management programmes. Specific Senior ER/Employment Law Manager roles as a Subject Matter Expert.

Unique expertise: Proven ER and HR Project Management skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders to deadline with ER project and litigation case workloads successfully resolved in many countries globally.

Commerciality: On my most recent project, I was the ER and Legal Lead on a global change management programme which will yield the company savings of $22 million on their employee benefits programme. I provided legal and ER due diligence information concerning proposed benefits changes in over 55 countries. With approximately 25 of these countries I developed a managed risk approach concerning the due diligence approach due to the similarity and low risk nature of the proposed benefits changes whereby the legal and ER due diligence was consistent across the 25 countries and saved considerable time and cost in not using external country legal counsels.
