To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in French employment law and employee relations.

  • Confident operating autonomously as the senior HR lead in-country.

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic HR partnering with operational HR delivery.

  • Experience supporting commercial, marketing and/or sales populations would be advantageous.

  • Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional European languages would be advantageous.

Package includes a base salary from €70,000 to €75,000 (depending on experience level), plus benefits and performance bonus.
