Remits of particular interest: Since 2009 my roles have involved me working with C-suite level leaders. In my current role, I also work directly with the Board of Directors. Therefore, a role with influence and impact across a wide range of areas, leaders, and teams would be of greater interest. I am open to turnaround situations, taking over when others have struggled.

Unique expertise: My breath of experience across geographies, functions, business environments, and challenges positions me well for any situation or circumstance. I think the best way to think of me is unflappable, a role model, and strong team player who will help wherever and however necessary.

Commerciality: One great example was a large acquisition - sales management was not on a sales incentive plan, but the acquired company’s sales managers were. Understanding the unique market the aquired company operated in, I convinced them to keep them on a sales incentive program and switch the existing managers in the group to a sales incentive program. This resulted in a more market aligned and motivating program. Some time after I left this company, they switched all remaining sales managers to a sales incentive plan. There is a longer explanation of this work, but I think it is a good demonstration of what I am willing to do in order to help my business be successful.

Strengths: Externally focused, high business acumen, fearless, empathetic, credible.

Need to know: I operate at the highest level of an organization, but can, and will, build a strong connection with all levels of staff. I set no boundaries on the type, or level, of work I can/will do. In other words, I address what must be done, not only what I think should be done.
