  • Successfully set up and re-established a subsidiary, hiring and onboarding capable staff, contributing to the affiliate surpassing its 2012 budget and establishing itself as a strategic market with over USD 140 million in revenue.

  • Built infrastructure to support record hiring requirements in 2022 and 2023, including implementing a Recruitment Process Outsourcing model that delivered the highest external hires on record, directly impacting the company’s ability to meet production demand.
