While the existing HR team is high-performing and well-regarded locally and regionally, the challenge lies in defining and refining the global HR approach for the business unit in conjunction with the business strategy in the key areas of change and transformation, organizational development, talent, performance management, and engagement as the business continues to mature and adapt.

Given the diversity of the workforce, including technical, white and blue-collar populations spread across multiple geographies, this person must bring a truly global mindset. They must be confident and credible when presenting data-driven insights and qualified research analysis to support decisions on market trends, talent strategies, and reward recommendations. Advanced knowledge of labour laws and employment practices across EMEA and APAC regions will be highly advantageous.

• Well-rounded expertise for all the specialty areas of HR, including time spent within a CoE

• Demonstrated success operating effectively in a complex, matrixed global organization

• A track record for delivering solutions to enable effective organisational change
