Senior Director Level HRBP - Sweden

A Senior Director level HRBP to support both regional and global business divisions, for a mature organisation going through major growth and change.  After years of innovation, they were ready to step up their frameworks maturity, gain economies of scale, boost leadership capability and align people strategy for consistency across regions.

Remit challenge: Working directly with the VP of HR and senior leaders, this person needed to move comfortably between big-picture and hands-on delivery.  It was a dual job spanning workforce strategy, organisational design, leadership development, talent management and culture reinforcement; all within a matrixed, unionised manufacturing and R&D environment.
