HR Manager - São Paulo, Brazil

Are you an HR Manager who is always looking for ways to drive efficiency, elevate your impact, and deliver real commercial value?  Do you want to work for a well-resourced, reputable, mission-driven international organisation whose products are literally helping save lives around the world?

In this role, you will support a diverse mix of white- and blue-collar workforces, many of whom have not previously experienced strong HR support. You’ll therefore need to be an educator, an advocate for best-practice HR, and a trusted partner to stakeholders who may have demanding expectations.

You will work closely with an inspiring Senior HR Director and influential local business leaders who are looking for a strong sparring partner, coach, and “go-to” expert with an appetite for proactive HR interventions.

We are seeking a well-rounded HR professional with robust generalist capabilities and a genuine flair for strategic business partnering.

There is no shortage of variety in the day-to-day workload with priorities including:

  • Building effective workforce relationships grounded in partnership, trust, and proactive engagement

  • Ownership of LATAM employment law matters and union negotiations

  • Aligning local HR processes with global HR strategy

  • Contributing to a long-term Talent agenda - supporting organisational growth by hiring and developing future talent and strengthening career pathways

  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts through fair investigations and constructive support to maintain a positive, collaborative workplace

  • Managing accurate, confidential HR records and HRIS data to streamline processes and improve reporting and decision-making

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A stable career history within mid- to large-sized organisations

  • Proven experience navigating complex, matrixed environments

  • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to influencing and decision-making

  • Presence, confidence, and the courage to assert your viewpoint - balanced with emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English

  • A solution-focused mindset, professionalism, energy, and the ability to inspire others

  • Solid understanding of LATAM employment legislation

The package includes a base salary from BRL 260,000 (potential to increase depending on expertise level) plus benefits.

This role is based in São Paulo with a hybrid working arrangement (three days per week on-site). Relocation support is available.

We do have a broader “wish list” of criteria and would be happy to discuss these with interested professionals.

Interviews are currently being scheduled, with the intention of extending an offer in the coming weeks.
