Please note that referrals must be for persons not already known to or registered with CMTS by the date of your referral, with only one recommendation able to be accepted via this form. You can complete as many of these forms as you wish, and we will notify you as a courtesy whenever your referral is a new HR professional for our network.

Self referrals after we’ve made contact with you do not qualify. To be eligible, employment of your referred person through CMTS must be after 1st October 2022 and only the referred candidate's first employment contract through CMTS will be eligible - any future placements of the same referred candidate will not qualify for this reward program. Amazon e-cards will be issued a month after the referred candidate starts in their new role.

Participation in this Referral Program and eligibility for rewards is only open and available to HR professionals who are registered members of the CMTS network.
