Remits of particular interest: Regional or global role as Total Rewards CoE leader, preferably in an industrial environment with combination of product and service portfolio.
Unique expertise: Extensive expertise in the design and deployment of short- and long-term variable pay programs, as well as in sales compensation.
Commerciality: Designed and deployed a multi-year roadmap for a global incentive program in support of the roll-out of a manufacturing maturity model, which resulted in significant performance improvements in key production metrics.
