Team management: Desire to continue in leadership position. Last role included 8 direct reports with +50 indirect reports supporting the end to end HR organisation in addition to the outsourced providers in SSC environments.

Remits of particular interest: HR Director position sitting at the table with a cross functional leadership team with P&L accountability in a dynamic organisation leading the E2E HR function from an operational and strategic perspective. Commerciality: Led the HR Function to implement an operating model realignment with a new European leadership team to deliver FUCO improvements of 10% through de-layering, increases in span of control and GTM changes in the most profitability geography in the organisation. Executive level talent and succession plan development to allow the growth, movement and placement of key talent resulting in critical succession gaps closed, <2% high performer attrition and +5% female gender ratio improvement for Senior Leaders.
