Our company values mirror the things that each member of our team holds dear to our own personal values and modeled behaviours. We continually reassess the policies, strategies and operational processes of our company to ensure they reflect our values. We also hold each other accountable; with a commitment that any issues with these values and/or an inability to positively contribute to our own team and external stakeholder relationships, will be regarded as a performance issue equal to not performing primary job responsibilities, and expulsion from our firm. We’re reminded everyday of our core values:

  • Integrity - Externally and internally, we have zero tolerance for dishonest, fraudulent, or “gain at the cost of others” behaviours, statements and actions.  

  • Agility - We move fast. Priorities constantly change with a moment’s notice, so we are always prepared to flex.  We are acutely aware of knock on delays as a result of one person’s inaction. 

  • Simplicity – We’re not about creating needless work for ourselves or our stakeholders.  We are focused on the efficiency of our own work actions, considerate of how we impact the workload of other team members and all stakeholders. Adherence to an efficient process, general thoughtfulness, and delivering on our promises without excuses or fuss, is key.

  • People - Externally and internally, we will treat people with decency, fairness, respect, empathy and confidentiality. We will consciously work to find ways to help others to succeed rather than be setup to fail.

We have a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment, defined as “unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, or other conduct based on sex, affecting the dignity of a person at work”, inclusive of unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct.
