Head of Talent Acquisition – well resourced start-up company with a high growth track record - Mexico

This is a new hire for a well-resourced company that has enjoyed significant expansion since its inception just a handful of years ago!

From one person originally to many thousands in just six years of operation, we now need a Talent Acquisition Leader, to partner with an inspiring Global VP TA and with locally based HR VP and Country Business executive teams. A rapid growth plan continues to be driven predominantly through the establishment of new markets, and diversification of product lines; and hiring high volumes of quality talent will be key to achieving the company’s expansion agenda.

This role will be all encompassing with an immediate priority to help further define the organisational structure and lead on the hiring of top talent to further expand the country leadership and operations teams. This person will need to build and develop their own team of hiring specialists, and integrate TA as a core business partner to all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be the “subject matter expert” to build sustainable TA frameworks that are quickly scaleable.  You will be accountable for ensuring great candidate experiences with robust process and standards, to assist the company in being an “employer of choice” and successful within all parts of Mexico.

Within this company, you will be part of an international team of Talent Acquisition professionals, with frequent opportunities to share best practice and learn from others’ experiences. You will be encouraged to be creative, innovative and agile; and to apply all of your expertise in talent acquisition in a broad ranging capacity.

A work history within the TA function of a large global corporation would be useful to have learnt what great TA looks like and ideally, you’ll also understand the pressures of a rapidly expanding start up organisation.   You will be keen to try new and creative approaches to hiring, and will have a passion for contributing directly to business success.

The role is to be based in Mexico City, with a competitive salary and package for fluent Spanish & English speakers with the right to work within Mexico.  Relocation support is available as required. You will need to attend meetings in the USA from time to time and potentially other locations globally so a current passport will be essential!
